Sign Up for Event Activities

As part of our commitment to the Clean Regattas program, we’re working to reduce food waste, avoid unnecessary materials, and make the onshore experience as smooth and enjoyable as the racing itself.

To help us plan accordingly, we kindly ask all teams to fill in a short Event Activities Registration Form. By letting us know which social activities you’ll attend, how many crew members are joining, and any dietary needs, you’ll help us prepare the right amount of food, minimize waste, and ensure everyone has a great time.

It only takes a couple of minutes — and it helps us make this regatta more thoughtful, sustainable, and welcoming for everyone.

A link for scheduling a measurement time for each boat will be sent separately.

The Race Ofice will open 30 minutes before daily activities and close 30 minutes after last scheduled event (8:30-18:30).

Clean Beach: Plogging for a Cleaner Shoreline

Join us for an "aftersail" clean-up event – Clean Beach – in support of the Keep the Archipelago Tidy Association! Together, we’ll walk along Helsinki’s stunning shoreline, collecting litter from the beach and surrounding areas to help protect our marine environment!


📍 Starting Point: HSK Harbour
🚶 Distance: ~5 km round trip
🧤 Equipment: Provided by the organizers

Our route leads to Kasinonranta, where you can relax at a beautiful seaside café before heading back or taking a shorter route home (shortcut option: 1.5 km).

For the plogging you can borrow Garmin wearables from the Race office to track your sports!


SUNDAY 6th JULY

Open boat and technical seminar by Garmin

Garmin welcomes you to step aboard Garmin Sailing Team boats in the harbour. Drinks and light snacks are served at the boats. After the #openboat event a technical seminar is held at the HSK Clubhouse.
